At this project meeting immediately following the FACE IT! Integrated Training and International Conference, the FACE IT ! partnership reflected on the achievements and the lessons learned until then: the design of the FACE IT! approach, the delivery of the training programme, the effects of the cascade, the production of the FACE IT! Handbook and the success of the final international event. Also, the partners identified new opportunities for FACE IT! until the end of the project’s funded life (September 2008) and afterwards. In a nutshell, project FACE IT! has been an outstanding success and the partnership now enlarged with contacts made during 2007-2008 will continue to work together under an inspiring mission statement spontaneously formulated at the meeting: ”FACE IT! in Europe Changes the Face of Education”.
